The cost of chartering a private jet is determined by usage and itinerary. Executive jets in the light jet category average roughly $3,000 per flight hour including add-ons and surcharges. Mid-size and heavy executive jets have a higher hourly cost and have longer range and more cabin space. Turbo-prop aircraft are less expensive and more cost-effective for shorter trips. The quoted cost is for the entire aircraft and individual seats are not available. The cost of chartering a private aircraft will generally be far greater than the cost of traveling via scheduled commercial airline service. Private aviation is cost-effective for businesses and individuals who place a high value on time, quality of service, security, privacy, luxury, convenience and other factors that make private aircraft charter a preferred alternative to commercial airline travel.

Air GATO clients enjoy access to many aircraft including light, mid-size and heavy executive jets, airliners, turbo-props and piston-prop, aircraft.

Light and mid-size jets will usually accommodate a maximum of 8 passengers but are more comfortable for 6, while heavy jets can accommodate as many as 17 passengers but usually are configured for 9 to 14 passengers.

Air GATO utilizes aircraft services operating under the strict rules and regulations of FAA certificates Part 135. To ensure even higher safety standards, we can provide our clients with aircraft that are rated by third party safety auditing companies (see ARG/US). While focusing on all areas of a flight department, these companies audit in order to verify that the air carrier is managed, organized, and run in a manner conductive to continued safe operations. These companies focus their audits on all areas of a flight department.

Prepayment is required for all private charter flights. Clients may choose to pay by Credit Card, Check, or Bank Wire. Clients may also choose to hold a flight using credit card authorization and pay via check or bank wire within a specified time.
